The Telecommunications Department of the Colville Confederated Tribes provides traditional wired voice service to the Tribal Government Departments, Enterprises, Indian Health Services and Bureau of Indian Affairs throughout the reservation.  

Our future goal is to migrate to Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).  This technology allows you to make voice calls using a broadband Internet connection.
